4th of July!

Jason and I had a busy, but fun, 4th of July! We went to church and watched the nursery kids. Had a BBQ with his family, then went and watched the parade. It was so fun... Bryan, Jess, and the kids were all there! Joshua loved all the candy. Then we had another BBQ in the park, then waited there for the fireworks to start! It was awesome! Jason definitely made it a memorable first 4th in Great Falls.

Memorial Day Weekend

So for the first month of our married life, Jason spent his week days away in Helena. Working diligently at the Montana Law Enforcement Academy. It was hard having him away so long, but he learned a lot. We went to his graduation last Friday. He was given an award as Class Representative, and gave the closing speech of the ceremony. He did great! I could tell that he made an impact with all this classmates. We are so proud of him!!
Immediately after we headed back to Idaho for a camping trip with my family. It rained all weekend, but it was fun. We were able to celebrate Jasons 23rd birthday, and share a lot of laughs around the campfire. A much needed time away!

Vegas Honeymoon!

A day or 2 after we got married we flew out for our honeymoon! We landed in Las Vegas on Sunday night. We stayed till Thursday night. It was a blast! We got to do so many things! We went and saw the Blue Man Group... AMAZING SHOW! and had a personal meet and greet with them afterwards. We walked the strip, getting to see all the awesome buildings and outdoor shows. We went to a Magic Comedy show, and Jason and I got called to go up on stage and help with a magic trick! On top of all that we stayed in a amazing hotel, with a huge pool and water features. It was over 80 degrees the whole time we were there. SOOOO much fun!

Newly Weds

So, Jason and I have been married just under 3 weeks now. Things are great! I LOVE being married! Its been hard tho because just a few days after we got married Jason had to leave to Helena for work training. He will be gone all month... he can come home on weekends tho.
Meanwhile... Ive been working Wednesday through Friday being a nanny for some friends of ours. Its been a lot of fun... her kids are great!
While Jason is gone to the academy we are staying at his parents house... well I am staying at his parents house. Then we are going to start looking for our own place once he gets back in June.
So things are kind of in limbo right now, but we are still having a ton of fun!
Being here in Great Falls is a lot different then back home... I do miss my family. Its nice tho that Jason and I are able to start our own life here tho... as our new little family.
